In the spirit of under-promising and over-delivering, though, we can't promise those speeds all the time.

Without a design proof

Orders without design proofs are typically shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed, but can take longer depending on current order volume.

With a design proof

Customers who request a design proof should expect to receive their proof between 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

The revision process' timeline varies depending on how many rounds of changes are requested, but once the proof is approved, orders typically ship 2-3 business days afterwards.
