Protect against shipping mistakes with Package Protection
What it is
Typically, when an order leaves our hands and is on its way to you, we can't be liable for problems such as damage or loss. Those issues fall within the responsibility of the shipping carrier, and require a lengthy process of filing and following up with claims in the hopes of things being resolved in your favor.
But, for a couple bucks, you can choose to purchase optional package protection directly from ERA Moto, which:
- Covers package damage and loss
- Avoids the need to deal with complicated claims processes for third-parties like UPS
- Expedites the process, so you get your replacements faster
What it covers
Our package protection covers:
- Damage to your order occurring during the shipping process
- Loss of your order during the shipping process
What it doesn't
Our package protection does not cover:
- Damage to your graphics occurring during the installation process
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Anything else that falls outside the scope of damage or loss during the shipping process
How to purchase
You can purchase package protection when viewing your shopping cart. There's a checkbox just above the "checkout" button that allows you to add or decline the insurance.
How to file a claim
1. Send us an email at
info@eramoto.com and include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the damaged packaging
2. We'll check things over to make sure you're not up to any funny business, then ship you out a replacement asap.
