Can you match fluorescent plastic colors?

Because of the shortcomings of true fluorescent inks (mainly longevity and discoloration), we choose to instead use Pantone Digital Color wide-gamut solvent inks. While these solvent inks can't perfectly match flo colors, most people find them satisfactory and prefer their longer lifespan.
